By using our website, placing an order, or engaging with Speedhub in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.   • Provide accurate and complete information: All registration information you provide, including your shipping address for Figure deliveries, must be true, accurate, current, and complete.

  • Maintain confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and password.

  • Accept responsibility: You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, such as placing orders for limited-edition Model Kits. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account details secure and for any unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to do so.

3. Product Information

 

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and prices for all products listed on our website, including Blind Boxes, Anime Figures, and Gundam/Model Kits. However, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or error-free nature of product information.

  • Specifics for Collectors: For Blind Boxes, customers acknowledge that the item inside is random and the packaging is sealed by the manufacturer. For Model Kits, please note that product images may show painted or professionally assembled versions; the actual product requires assembly and may vary in appearance.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to make changes to product details, specifications, and pricing without prior notice. If you notice any discrepancies or have questions about a specific scale, grade, or character, please contact our customer service team before making a purchase.

 

4. Orders and Payment

 

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Speedhub. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including, but not limited to: product unavailability (especially for high-demand Pre-order items), errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various secure payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options available at checkout. For more details, please refer to our Payment Policy.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Shipping costs, applicable sales taxes, and other charges (such as international customs fees if applicable) will be added to your total at checkout.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. This email serves as an acknowledgement of your order request and does not signify final acceptance until your payment is fully processed and the order is prepared for shipment.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Please note that Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline specified on the product page once they arrive at our warehouse.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your collectibles, the shipping method selected, and the destination.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times for domestic and international orders.
  • Delivery Delays: Speedhub is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to: manufacturer production delays, severe weather, carrier delays, customs procedures for international shipments, or force majeure events.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

 

We want you to be satisfied with your collection. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy as detailed in our separate Refund and Return Policy. Key points include:

  • Eligibility: Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, original condition with original packaging intact.

    • Crucial Note for Collectors: To be eligible for a return, Blind Boxes must be unopened with the original foil/seal intact. Gundam/Model Kits cannot be returned once the plastic runners’ bags have been opened.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our “collector-grade” condition standards. Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method.

 

7. Customer Responsibility

 

You agree to use the website and our services for lawful purposes only. As a member of the Speedhub community, you must not:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations.

  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights (such as using our product photography or brand assets without permission).

  • Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity, including the use of “bots” to secure limited-edition releases.

  • Transmit any malicious software, viruses, or any other code of a destructive nature.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the immediate termination of your account or appropriate legal action.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content on the Speedhub website—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, product descriptions, and software—is the property or its content suppliers (such as official Anime and Gundam distributors) and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from our website without our express prior written permission.

Common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, fraudulent payment attempts or the use of automated “bots” to purchase limited-edition Anime Figures or Gundams. These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Speedhub website or services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bingamon Road, Grant Town, West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina for the resolution of any disputes.
